Riordan Frost
Riordan Frost is a Senior Research Analyst at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, working on projects related to demographics, residential mobility, utilities, wealth inequality, and homelessness. Prior to joining the Center, Dr. Frost focused on urban, transportation, and environmental policy in positions at American University, Smart Growth America, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the think tank Minnesota 2020. He received a PhD in Public Administration and a Master’s in Public Policy from American University, and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from Connecticut College.
