Climate & Environment
Our research explores the interrelated impacts of housing, climate, and the environment. We examine the vulnerability of homes and communities to extreme weather, the repair and rebuilding of housing after disasters, and the ways housing affordability intersects with climate adaptation. We also study policy approaches that influence the development of climate-resilient and sustainable housing, and whether these approaches are equitable and accessible to low- and moderate-income households.
