Michelle Xiyue Li is a PhD candidate in Public Policy at Harvard and was a 2025 Meyer Fellow at the Center. Michelle's research examines how converting abandoned rail corridors into multi-use trails influences housing values, residential development, and neighborhood demographics. Michelle holds a Bachelor's in Economics, Environmental Studies, and Mathematics from Wesleyan University and was previously a senior research analyst at The Brattle Group.
