CAMBRIDGE, MA – Keith Rozolis, President and CEO of ABC Supply Co., Inc., has been named Chair of the Policy Advisory Board (PAB) of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies.
Rozolis leads one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of roofing, siding, and other select exterior and interior building products. Under his leadership, ABC Supply has expanded its national footprint and invested in technology, talent development, and customer service innovations that support contractors and the broader housing industry.
“As the Policy Advisory Board takes on increasingly complex questions about housing supply, affordability, and resilience, I’m thrilled that Keith will be guiding our work,” said Chris Herbert, Managing Director of the Joint Center for Housing Studies. “His deep understanding of residential construction and building materials, combined with his experience running a large, values-driven company, will be invaluable as we connect industry insights to research and policy discussions.”
Rozolis has spent decades in the building products sector, holding senior roles in operations, sales, and strategic planning prior to becoming President and CEO of ABC Supply. He has been an active member of the Policy Advisory Board, contributing to conversations on housing markets, remodeling, and the supply chain challenges affecting new construction and repair and renovation.
“I’m honored to serve as Chair of the Policy Advisory Board and to help support the Center’s mission at such a pivotal time for housing in the United States,” said Rozolis. “From affordability pressures to labor shortages and climate-related risks, the challenges we face are significant, but so are the opportunities for innovation. The Center also announced that the Policy Advisory Board’s new Vice Chair is Sue Ansel, President and CEO of Gables Residential.
The Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies advances understanding of housing issues and informs policy. Through its research, education, and public outreach programs, the Center helps leaders in government, business, and the civic sectors make decisions that effectively address the needs of cities and communities. Through graduate and executive courses, as well as fellowships and internship opportunities, the Center also trains and inspires the next generation of housing leaders.
Established in 1971, the Joint Center for Housing Studies Policy Advisory Board has a longstanding history of supporting housing research at Harvard.
