Due to shifting demographics, a persistently challenging homebuying environment, and changing immigration policies, fewer households are likely to form in the next decade. 

Daniel McCue will discuss two new papers: one estimates household growth in the next two decades, the other outlines how this growth might be split between homeowner and renter households.
