On October 17, 2011, Joint Center Managing Director Eric Belsky took part in a one-day conference on the Future of Homeownership in Massachusetts, presented by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and MassHousing. At the conference, Belsky took part in a panel on "The Relationship Between Home Ownership, Jobs and Economic Growth"
