On September 1, 2011, Joint Center Managing Director Eric Belsky took part in a one-day conference, The Housing Market Going Forward: Lessons Learned from the Recent Crisis, at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC. At the conference, Belsky presented the report, "Understanding the Boom and Bust" in the morning and, in the afternoon, moderated a panel entitled "What Should the New Normal Look Like?"
